Article 1 – Definitions

Consumer: The natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel the agreement within the reflection period.
Reflection period: 14 days after receiving the order, during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneur: Healthy Socks.
Distance agreement: A contract concluded through distance communication.
Durable data carrier: Any medium enabling the consumer to store information unchanged for future reference.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Healthy Socks and every distance agreement concluded with the consumer.
Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.


Article 4 – The Offer

  1. All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Healthy Socks.

  3. Product images are a truthful representation as much as possible.

  4. Availability is always subject to stock levels and operational capacity.


Article 5 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is established once the consumer accepts the offer.

  2. The consumer receives an email confirmation of the order.

  3. Healthy Socks reserves the right to refuse orders in case of misuse, suspected fraud, or unresolved payment issues.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer may withdraw the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original sealed packaging.

  3. Products with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.


Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During the Reflection Period

Consumers shall handle products and packaging carefully and only as necessary to assess the nature and functioning of the items.


Article 8 – Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal & Costs

  1. Withdrawal must be reported via our return form or by email.

  2. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

  3. Standard shipping fees paid at checkout are refunded upon full withdrawal; upgraded shipping options are not.

  4. Returns without prior notice or incomplete forms may delay processing.


Article 9 – Processing and Refund

  1. Returns are processed within 21 business days of receipt.

  2. Refunds are issued within 3 business days after processing, using the original payment method.

  3. Incomplete, damaged or incorrectly returned items may cause delays or reduction of the refundable amount.


Article 10 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is excluded for:

  1. Custom-made or personalized products

  2. Products with broken hygiene seals

  3. Other exceptions under EU consumer law


Article 11 – Price and Taxes

  1. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  2. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

  3. Depending on the consumer’s location, additional duties or taxes may apply.


Article 12 – Fulfillment, Delivery and Warranty

  1. Healthy Socks guarantees that products comply with the agreement and relevant specifications.

  2. We aim to ship within 1–5 business days, unless stated otherwise.

  3. Maximum delivery timeframe is 30 days. Beyond this, the consumer may cancel the order free of charge.

  4. Legal warranty applies in accordance with EU law.


Article 13 – Pre-Orders & Product Availability

  1. Certain products are offered as pre-order and are clearly indicated as such.

  2. Pre-order items are not in stock and contain expected delivery dates that may vary due to production or logistics delays.

  3. Pre-orders are fulfilled strictly on a first come, first served basis.

  4. Orders containing both pre-order and regular items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless agreed otherwise.

  5. By placing a pre-order, the consumer acknowledges that delivery times are longer and subject to change.


Article 14 – High Demand, Stock Shortages & First Come, First Served

  1. Due to high demand, products may temporarily be unavailable.

  2. In exceptional cases, technical integration errors may display out-of-stock items as available.

  3. In such situations, Healthy Socks may:

    • deliver the product once stock is replenished, or

    • offer an alternative or refund.

  4. During restocks, orders are processed in chronological order of purchase (first come, first served).

  5. Healthy Socks is not liable for delays caused by stock shortages if communication has been provided in a reasonable manner.


Article 15 – International Shipping, VAT & Import Duties

  1. Some products are shipped directly from third countries, including developing nations.

  2. Healthy Socks is not the importer of record in the consumer’s country.

  3. Consumers are responsible for:

    • import duties

    • VAT or GST

    • customs clearance fees

    • handling or administrative fees

  4. These costs are not included in product or shipping prices.

  5. Customs delays are outside our control and cannot be reimbursed.

  6. By placing an order, the consumer agrees to accept and cover these costs.


Article 16 – Payment

  1. Payment is required at the time of ordering.

  2. Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page.

  3. Late payments may incur statutory interest and collection fees.


Article 17 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints can be submitted to contact@healthysocks.com.

  2. We aim to reply within 14 days.

  3. If more time is required, we will communicate the expected timeline.


Article 18 – Disputes

  1. Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements.

  2. Healthy Socks prefers resolving disputes through communication.

  3. Unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.


Article 19 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

Additional or deviating provisions are only valid if documented in writing and may not disadvantage the consumer.
